Responsibilities
of our team members:
- M&A advisory – project management including risk management, tax&legal implications, execution
- Manage department/company and related products, lead department/company, develop and implement management information system, customer websites, on-line trading and confirmation systems, reporting to member of BoD/regional headquarters
- Manage staff of more officers including hiring, coaching, developing, motivating and promoting
- Direct selling of products to customers, product development, research and forecasting
- Client exposure analysis and risk management, establishment of financial strategy and appropriate product structuring – cash flow hedging, foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity and credit exposure management
- Identify clients’ needs, be innovative to meet changing clients’ requirements
- Educate clients, lead seminars and presentations, offer in-house training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques of colleagues
- Coordinate cooperation with other departments in respect of clients, deals and processes
- Complex and varied work assignments requiring development of procedures and frequent choice among alternative course of action
- Strategic business planning and responsibility for budget and cost management
- Performance and profitability analyses ensuring business growth strategies are in place
