Responsibilities

 

of our team members:

• M&A advisory – project management including risk management, tax&legal implications, execution
• Manage department/company and related products, lead department/company, develop and implement management information system, customer websites, on-line trading and confirmation systems, reporting to member of BoD/regional headquarters
• Manage staff of more officers including hiring, coaching, developing, motivating and promoting
• Direct selling of products to customers, product development, research and forecasting
• Client exposure analysis and risk management, establishment of financial strategy and appropriate product structuring – cash flow hedging, foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity and credit exposure management
• Identify clients’ needs, be innovative to meet changing clients’ requirements
• Educate clients, lead seminars and presentations, offer in-house training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques of colleagues
• Coordinate cooperation with other departments in respect of clients, deals and processes
• Complex and varied work assignments requiring development of procedures and frequent choice among alternative course of action
• Strategic business planning and responsibility for budget and cost management
• Performance and profitability analyses ensuring business growth strategies are in place
